Elsa is a sought after business professional with over 25 years of experience. A results-oriented dynamic professional who consistently provides workable solutions to suite the needs of business and organisations at different stages of their business cycle.

A former member of the Small Business Council (Advisor to three Secretaries of State for Trade and Industry – DTI).  Areas include, small business, finance, women, ethnic minorities and The Home Office. 

Hosts panel discussions in the areas of business development, entrepreneurship, raising funds for growth and expansion.

As a Business Strategist with over twenty-five years of professional experience, including additional years of personal transferable experiences.  I have had the good fortune to incorporate my creative side in my business profession. My clients enjoy the experience of my passion to support them develop and succeed as entrepreneurs.  


My expertise as a dynamic and results oriented strategist consistently provides workable bespoke solutions to suit the needs of businesses and individuals at different stages of their business cycle. I proudly support entrepreneurs with business viability assessments, securing grants, loans and corporate financial sponsorship, marketing, and forecasting. I have managed to walk alongside several business owners to assist them to overcome barriers and soon after walk into long awaited business opportunities.

I won the Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2005, amongst many others awards throughout my career.  This verifies my extensive efforts in successfully assisting high growth business owners to further develop and extend their business growth strategies.  Additionally satisfying the needs and requirements of my clients in their business endeavours. 


Furthermore, the recent effects of the Covid-19 on female business owners have compelled me to review my support work as a Business Strategist.  I have designed women’s business courses to counter the situation where women have had to make sudden and swift arrangements in their family life and consequently their businesses.  My hope is to engage with working women to navigate the situation of managing their duties to their children and their business too.
